Local Brewing, Local Chocolate
We’re pairing local beer with local chocolate. Local Brewing’s Regan and Sarah are back this year with a new batch of Ocean Beach Porter. We’re pairing it up with San Francisco’s TCHO Chocolate. TCHO will be on hand to demonstrate the pairings. Celebrate Valentine’s Day and find out which chocolate is best with your favorite beer!

Green Flash will be taking over several taps showcasing their diverse styles. West Coast IPA, Double Stout Black Ale, Hop Head Red, Le Freak belgian triple IPA and more. Come meet the Green Flash folks from San Diego. Take home some good Green stuff.

Featuring Montreal brewers Unibroue and Dieu du Ciel! and 5 kinds of poutine – the Quebecois favorite of french fries tossed with cheese curds, covered in gravy and topped with all kinds of sausage and toppings. Complete with French music.

Craft Beer & Grilled Sausage Eating Contest
Compete in a beer drinking & sausage eating contest. Each team chooses a unique beer. Eat as many sausages as you can with as much beer as you need in 8 minutes. Winner gets $100 in gift certificates. Everyone gets $1 off winner’s beer choice all day or $2 for the beer with winner’s sausage choice. All contestants get a Rosamunde T-Shirt.
To enter: come to Rosamunde on Mission Starting January 3rd to sign up in teams of two. Each team will choose a beer as their team name. During the event, 4 teams will compete at a time as we deliver sausages to your table. The sausages will be topped as usual with two toppings and condiments of our choice, then cut in half. We’ll deliver this sausages to your table until you’re done. You must drink at least 1 pint of beer with your sausages, but you may drink more if needed. The team finishing with the most baskets wins. Winners will choose their favorite sausage and topping combination for the $2 off all day special. The discount applies to the winner’s beer choice.
