On the Grill
Step 1: Fire up your charcoal or gas grill!
Step 2: Remove sausages from packaging and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Step 3: Cook for a total of 6-8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F minimum.
In the Oven
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F-450°F.
Step 2: Remove sausages from packaging and place into an oven-safe pan or baking sheet.
Step 3: Bake sausages for 7-12 minutes (turning mid-way through). Heat to 165°F minimum.

Saute bite-sized pieces in a pan on the stovetop over medium heat. Add Rosamunde’s famous sausages to your favorite pasta, polenta, risotto, mac & cheese, eggs or a casserole. Or just smother in ketchup and sprinkle with curry powder for a Berliner-style currywurst!
